What to bring:
Everyone (Commuters and Residents):

Any payments not already sent in or done online

Basketballs (to warm up with and play with)

Water Bottles (venues off campus will not have water coolers)

Ankle Tape and Pre-Wrap if any athletes would like to be taped

There will be an optional team activity on Friday night after all the games are over. It begins with a dance-off and then we have a fun competition for anyone who wants to participate. We encourage teams to dress up, paint their faces, and show the school spirit! So whatever they might want to bring...
Residents Only:

Linens (Bedding, sleeping bags (if you want), sheets, pillows, towels)

Laundry supplies if you would like to do laundry in the dorms

Other typical overnight supplies (toiletries, change of clothes, pajamas, etc…)
Dorm Check in and Checkout

Check-In is from 8am—1pm on June 22nd

Free parking in the J lot only for team busses and team vans only. The J Lot is half reserved for camp busses and vans only, so please observe signs. We cannot be responsible for any parking tickets!

Check out must be completed by 1pm on Saturday.

Do not leave large piles of trash in your rooms. There will be a place to empty your trash near the elevators. There will also be larger dumpsters in the lobby.

If you lose or do not return your access cards, there is a $5.00 charge.

Check out as a team. Have one coach bring all keys/access cards to the if possible.

Wireless will be available on campus. Ask the front desk at your dorm for the code.

We will use Holmes Dining Hall for all 5 meals during camp. It is just west of Turner Hall and next to the J parking lot.)

Breakfast 7am—9:00am Lunch 11am—1:30pm Dinner 5:00—7:00pm

If your team is running late for a meal, CALL HOLMES HALL! 970-351-3825. They will work with you!

All players need to travel to the dining hall with the coach who is responsible for her meals. No one can enter the dining hall without a coach/chaperone.
