The University of Northern Colorado women’s basketball Team Camp is one of the most popular and competitive camps in the state of Colorado and across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for teams to compete during the offseason and experience the campus, staff, and players at UNC. Games will be played on the beautiful campus of Northern Colorado.  Games are guaranteed against appropriate competition in a high school, junior varsity/freshman division. Teams must consist of a minimum of seven players, maximum of fifteen.

Camp Highlights:

  • 6 Game Guarantee
  • Round Robin Format
  • Two Minute Tournament (game situations)
    • For all Varsity Teams
  • Divided into different leagues/competition levels
  • 10 Air Conditioned courts on UNC campus as well as overflow to local facilities
  • Camp T-Shirt for all players
  • Coaches’ drills and skills time (UNC Bear Open Practice)
  • Coaches’ Social on Thursday Night
  • Annual Team Talent Contest!
  • A team store/concession stand will be available stocked with UNC/Under Armor gear and snacks for purchase throughout camp

Team Camp Leagues:

  • Varsity 1:
    • Most competitive league, generally the schools, but open to anyone.
  • Varsity 2:
    • A step down but you will still compete against other varsity level teams.
  • JV 1:
    • Most competitive league, generally the schools, but open to anyone.
  • JV 2:
    • A step down but you will still compete against other junior varsity level teams.
  • Freshman:
    • Lowest division competitively.  Mostly freshman (or younger) players

Resident/Overnight Teams

  • Resident/Overnight package includes: Dinner on Thursday, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Friday, & Breakfast on Saturday.
  • Each resident team is allowed 1 FREE Varsity Coaches, and 1 FREE Coach for each Additional Team. Any additional coaches will be charged $142.50 ($135 + $7.50 Fee) to stay in the dorms.
  • ALL ATHLETES MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE ATHLETE REGISTRATION FORM.

Refund Policy

  • The camp cost is non-refundable. The full amount paid insures you a spot in camp. This allows no refunds due to personal injuries, AAU tournaments, other sport tournaments, other camps, vacations, etc.Covid-19 Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued if camp gets cancelled for any Covid-related circumstances.
